I'm a Senior Sales Operations Design Manager from Atlanta, Georgia. I currently lead a small team of Sales Compensation design Analysts at Philips, within their Image Guided Therapy Devices division.  IGT-D focuses on coronary and vascular medical devices. I enjoy working for a purpose-driven organization. I aim to help my company maximize their commercial production by designing effective sales compensation plans and quotas. I am technology-focused and always identifying ways to improve processes and workflows. I build collaborative relationships with the sales leaders, as well as adjacent teams. I also have extensive experience in Sales Analytics Reporting, HR reporting, revenue reporting, financial modeling, building decision tools, and executive level reporting. 

Several years ago, I pivoted a very successful 12-year insurance career towards business intelligence and data analytics. I wanted my work to have a wider impact on the business. I have a passion for data, driving sales results, improving efficiency, meaningful collaboration and storytelling. In 2018 I completed my Business Intelligence and Data Analytics certification at the prestigious Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. Today, I am a proud employee of Philips, a global healthcare conglomerate that focuses on cutting edge life-saving healthcare technology. Prior to Philips, I worked for the silicon-valley based creator of the cutting-edge daVinci surgical robotic system, Intuitive Surgical.

  • Strategized the design, implementation, and execution of 260+ Global sales compensation plans and their models in Anaplan ICM. Project manage the ongoing optimization of the ICM.
  • Collaborated with HR, Total Rewards, Finance and Pricing on various projects. Built several large-scale Tableau reports and dashboards utilized by over 1,500 salespeople. Managed the design of the VP compensation plans and build models utilized during the planning cycle to optimize strategy.  Managed the monthly Commercial Compensation Committee and consult with sales leaders to rectify and resolve compensation related challenges.
